The Google DeepMind Accelerator is offering to support robotics startups in bridging the gap between advanced technology development and scalable market ventures.
The programme focuses on advancing robotics adoption across multiple sectors, supporting startups that use artificial intelligence to address new opportunities and existing challenges, and enabling innovation in logistics, manufacturing, health and life sciences, human–robot interaction, education and learning, and advanced navigation.
The accelerator provides equity-free support for the duration of the programme and offers continued engagement through the Google Accelerator Alumni Network after graduation. Participants receive tailored training designed to address specific technical and business challenges, along with opportunities to attend exclusive technology bootcamps hosted by Google.
Startups selected for the programme will receive dedicated mentoring from Google teams and AI experts, with guidance focused on technology development, product strategy and business growth. Participants will also work directly with Google experts on technical challenges through collaborative projects involving Google AI and Gemini Robotics Models, helping startups transition their innovations from concept to production.
Some participating startups may also be eligible to receive up to $350,000 in credits through the Google for Startups Cloud programme, subject to terms and conditions. At the end of the programme, startups will have the opportunity to present their progress and business achievements to a network of mentors, partners and Google teams during a Demo Day.
The programme will select a cohort of approximately 10 to 15 early-stage robotics startups. The accelerator runs as a hybrid programme combining digital training, one-to-one mentorship and hands-on workshops over an intensive period of 12 to 15 weeks, providing participants with access to Google’s AI knowledge and technical infrastructure.
Eligible startups should be early-stage companies with verified venture capital backing and headquarters in Europe. Applicants are expected to have an established technical team of at least five members with strong in-house expertise in artificial intelligence, and all team members, including founders such as the CEO and CTO, should be available to participate in the programme.
