EY has launched the national stage of the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year™ 2026 program in Ukraine to celebrate and recognize entrepreneurs who demonstrate exceptional leadership, innovation, and business success.
The program celebrates entrepreneurs who achieve success through innovation, financial performance, social responsibility, and dedication to their business and society, while the main evaluation criteria include entrepreneurial spirit, purposefulness, industry influence, and business development.
EY Entrepreneur Of The Year™ is a globally recognized program that honors outstanding entrepreneurs who inspire communities and markets through their strategic vision and strong business results. Established in 1986, the program has expanded to 94 countries and has become one of the world’s most influential competitions for entrepreneurs. In 2025, Ukraine resumed its participation in this global initiative, marking an important step in reconnecting the country’s entrepreneurial community with the global network.
The program, supported by NV media, aims to unlock entrepreneurial potential, promote leadership development, and support innovative businesses. By participating, entrepreneurs gain access to a global community of business leaders, providing opportunities to build international connections and exchange ideas with prominent entrepreneurs from around the world.
Participants in the program can benefit from valuable learning resources that support effective business growth and development. In addition, the initiative offers marketing and public relations opportunities that help increase visibility and promote participating companies, while also strengthening their reputation and brand image in the market.
The competition will take place in several stages. After reviewing the submitted applications, the jury will compile a shortlist of finalists. From this group, winners will be selected in different categories, along with the overall winner who will receive the title of Entrepreneur Of The Year 2026.
To participate in the program, the nominee’s company must be based in Ukraine and operate as a private business with at least two years of work experience. Nominees must actively participate in managing the business, be responsible for its results, and hold co-ownership in the company.
