To qualify as a nominee, the candidate must be an owner-manager who is primarily responsible for the recent performance of a Singapore-based company that has been operating for at least two years. Alternatively, the nominee may be a founder of a listed Singapore-based company who continues to play an active role in senior management. These criteria ensure that the award recognizes individuals who remain closely involved in shaping their organizations and driving business growth.
