Deadline Date: March 30, 2026
The ClimateLaunchpad is currently accepting applications to support first-time founders in transforming climate solutions into viable startups while retaining full ownership of their ideas.
The programme focuses on eight key themes: Adaptation & Resilience, Blue Economy, Circular Economies, Clean Energy, Food Systems, Sustainable Mobility, Urban Solutions, and The Next Big Thing, ensuring ideas are evaluated equally by industry experts and the most promising ventures rise to the top.
ClimateLaunchpad is designed for early-stage innovators, especially those at the idea or concept stage, even if they have no company, funding, or finished product. Participants are guided step-by-step through entrepreneurial thinking, business planning, and pitching to transform their ideas into start-ups.
The programme is free to join, takes no equity, and allows participants to retain full ownership of their ideas and intellectual property. It provides hands-on boot camp training, expert coaching, and the opportunity to pitch at national, regional, and global finals.
Participants also gain access to a global community of climate innovators and like-minded individuals, creating opportunities for networking, collaboration, and exposure. Over the years, ClimateLaunchpad has supported more than 5,400 teams and received over 18,000 ideas from innovators worldwide.
This competition encourages participants to explore sustainable solutions to pressing environmental challenges while fostering entrepreneurial skills and global impact.
