For more than three decades, EY Entrepreneur Of The Year has recognized countless visionary Canadian entrepreneurs, showcasing their accomplishments and the impact they have made across industries. This program is designed to elevate and celebrate entrepreneurial leadership, providing a meaningful opportunity to share success stories and inspire others.
By participating, entrepreneurs gain access to peer-to-peer learning opportunities and lifetime membership in an entrepreneur community. To be eligible, nominees must be an owner or CEO of a private or public company and responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business. Co-founders are eligible if they share leadership responsibilities. Non-founding entrepreneurs may be eligible only if they manage the business and assume the associated risks. Nominees must have been in their current leadership role for at least two years by the application deadline, and their company must be at least three years old. Additionally, the company’s headquarters must be located in the region where the nomination is submitted.
