The HP and HP Foundation Accelerator supports organizations to strengthen their capacity, scale impact, and reach more people through funding, technology, and structured programming.
The focus areas and priorities of the Accelerator include targeting the future worker, with programs aimed at youth, on-demand workers, and small businesses.
Since its inception, the Accelerator has supported 35 nonprofit organizations across 13 countries, helping them reach an additional 11.3 million people. In 2026, the program will expand to include both nonprofits and for-profits, be based in the U.S., and maintain its focus on the future of work. Selected organizations will receive USD 100,000 in funding, HP technology and solutions valued at approximately USD 100,000, and participate in a six-month virtual program designed to enhance organizational capacity and program impact.
Eligible organizations must be legally registered in the U.S., conduct the majority of their programming in the U.S., reach an average of 25,000 people annually, and have moved beyond the idea stage with active programs or initiatives to focus on during the Accelerator.
