The SDG Design Challenge Program is seeking grant applications to support the co-creation of AI-driven solutions aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
The focus includes bringing together innovators worldwide, co-creating solutions with AI for the UN Sustainable Development Goals, providing access to tools, mentors, and platforms to develop and scale ideas beyond the event, awarding total prizes of over $50,000 USD, offering entry into accelerator programs, enabling further development or pilot testing opportunities, delivering access to mentors and workshops, providing AI tools and keynote sessions from sustainability and technology experts, and granting premium access to selected AI platforms.
Participants are encouraged to move beyond simply completing a challenge and instead engage in a collaborative process that supports the transformation of ideas into practical, impactful solutions. The initiative is designed to help concepts evolve through structured guidance, expert insight, and access to advanced AI resources.
Significant prize funding will be awarded to successful participants, alongside opportunities to join accelerator programmes that support continued growth and refinement of ideas. These pathways are intended to help projects progress toward real-world application and measurable outcomes.
Throughout the challenge, participants will benefit from mentorship, hands-on workshops, and keynote sessions delivered by experts in sustainability and technology. Access to premium AI platforms further supports participants in developing, testing, and scaling their solutions within a supportive innovation environment.
