The National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) is launching the 2nd cohort for the cybersecurity Accelerator program and invites all local cybersecurity entrepreneurs and startups to seize this opportunity and apply.
The program is an initiative that aims to foster the growth of the local cybersecurity ecosystem by empowering local entrepreneurs and startups through investment opportunities, mentorship and access to local and global expertise.
As part of NCA’s CyberIC initiative, which aims to build local cyber capabilities, the Accelerator offers financial support to participating startups, alongside over 500 hours of guidance and mentorship which covers financial, marketing, product development and investment. The program is launched in partnership with NCA’s technical arm, the Saudi Information Technology Company (SITE), runs from 2022 to 2024 and aims to empower at least 45 cyber startups. This year’s edition aims to support the growth of 10 cybersecurity startups joining the Accelerator.
Program Details
- The program offers comprehensive workshops and mentorship spanning over 12-weeks, which is being led by top local and international cybersecurity experts. Furthermore, participants will benefit from field visits to leading global cybersecurity entrepreneurs and startups in Silicon Valley, as well as other locations. Here, they will meet and learn from leading global cybersecurity leaders and gain insight into the innovations and trends shaping the industry today.
