GameTech Accelerate – The Future of Gaming (India)

This initiative is an intensive six-week program to nurture and empower early-stage startups in the gaming space. The program will help early-stage entrepreneurs build, grow, and scale their gaming start-ups, by providing access to business and technology resources, mentorship and fundraising opportunities. This initiative is co-powered by Amazon Web Services (AWS), which is offering mentorship, cloud credits and technology support. Startups will have access to Games24x7 and AWS experts for mentorship during the program.

• New Games
  • Gaming studios or teams located in India. Games can fall in any of the following categories – Real money, casual, hyper casual, educational, simulation, strategy, MMO, etc.
• Real Time Analytics, Telemetry & Personalisation
  • Real-time understanding of player behavior and metrics for application in one or more of the following areas: Player insights and behavior analysis, personalization of experiences, LiveOps and player retention, monetization and business decisions, live events and community management.
• Security and Anti-Cheating Measures
  • Tools for implementing security measures, encryption, and anti-cheating mechanisms which protect the game’s integrity and ensure fair play across the following areas: Protecting Game Integrity, Preserving Player Trust, Ensuring Fair Competition, Protecting In-Game Economies, Mitigating Online Harassment and Toxic Behavior.
• Community and Social Integration
  • Identifying and innovatively leveraging social connections/networks of users in the following areas: Competitive and Cooperative Gameplay, User-Generated Content and Modding, Emotional Investment and Loyalty, Viral Marketing and Player Acquisition.
