The Stelios Awards for Disabled Entrepreneurs in United Kingdom

Deadline Date: April 30, 2026

The Stelios Awards for Disabled Entrepreneurs offer a significant funding opportunity to support disabled business owners in the UK who are ready to scale their ventures.

The key focus of this opportunity includes supporting disabled entrepreneurs, promoting innovative business products or services, enabling business growth to the next level, recognizing for-profit enterprises with proven turnover, encouraging digital presence, and ensuring inclusive participation under the Equality Act 2010 definition of disability.

The Stelios Awards for Disabled Entrepreneurs have returned with a total prize fund of £300,000, aimed at empowering disabled individuals who have already established their businesses and are looking for additional support to expand further. This initiative recognizes entrepreneurial talent and provides financial backing to help businesses grow and achieve greater impact.

Three major prizes will be awarded, with £150,000 granted to the overall winner, £100,000 for the second place, and £50,000 for the third. The top winner will receive their award during an online ceremony via Zoom on Tuesday, 26 May 2026.

To be eligible for the awards, applicants must be disabled individuals aged 18 or above and must operate within the UK. The applicant must own at least 50 percent of the company, which should be a UK-registered for-profit business. Additionally, the company must have filed accounts with UK Companies House showing a minimum annual turnover of £200,000.

Applicants are required to maintain an active online business presence or clearly outline their plans for developing one. Joining the designated Facebook group for the Stelios Awards for Disabled Entrepreneurs in the UK is also mandatory. While past applicants and winners are allowed to reapply, each organization can only submit one application, although individuals may apply multiple times with different companies.

This opportunity serves as a powerful platform for disabled entrepreneurs to gain recognition, financial support, and momentum to elevate their businesses to new heights.
