The IIT Ropar Technology and Innovation Foundation (AWaDH) has opened a call for Expressions of Interest from qualified organisations to participate as Infrastructure, Mobilising, Outreach and Implementing Partners for an upcoming Government Skilling Project.
The focus areas of this opportunity include: Infrastructure, Mobilising, Outreach, and Implementing Partners for the execution of an upcoming Government Skilling Project; company registered under the Companies Act, 1956/2013; primary objective relating to skilling or skill development; minimum 10 years of experience in implementing skilling or training programs; proven track record in executing State or Central Government-sponsored skilling projects; average annual turnover of ₹50 crore or more during the last three financial years; full compliance with applicable laws and not debarred or blacklisted; prior experience in executing skilling or vocational education projects in the state of Punjab.
This initiative is designed to enhance workforce capabilities through structured skilling programmes that equip youth with the competencies required by industry. It supports national goals of capacity building and innovation-led development by strengthening the ecosystem of training providers capable of operating at scale.
The opportunity seeks credible partners experienced in delivering impactful training interventions aligned with government objectives. Interested organisations must demonstrate legal compliance, financial robustness and a consistent history of managing skilling programmes across state or national levels. A strong presence and prior operational experience in Punjab form a mandatory requirement for participation.
Eligible applicants must be legally registered entities with a longstanding commitment to skill development. They should also possess the necessary organisational capacity, technical expertise and operational infrastructure to contribute effectively to the project’s implementation.
