The Project Funding for Institutes offers to support eligible institutions by providing financial assistance for approved exhibition-related projects and activities.
Focus areas include international travel costs, national travel costs, transport costs, insurance, taxes and permits, fees, accommodation costs, daily allowances, technical rental costs, exhibition material costs, technical fees, general technical costs, communication costs, publication costs, administration costs, and other specified eligible expenses.
Eligible institutions must have an approved legal form, including non-profit organizations such as associations, cooperatives, and unions; direct operations of public administrations such as cities, states, or governments; jobs or freelancers; and other forms that are specified in the application form.
The total funding amount ranges from €1,000 to €5,000 for individual exhibitions or group exhibitions. The available funding depends on the number of applications submitted during the year.
The maximum funding share is limited to 50% of the total project budget. Production and reception costs cannot be covered through the support provided by the Bureau.
