Program Phases
- Phase 1: Fellows’ Intensive Training
- Fellows’ Intensive Training is the first phase, where selected young leaders receive intensive training based on the four pillars of the OMLA Fellowship Curriculum. These selected young leaders are referred to as Fellows
- Phase 2: Leadership Challenge
- Fellows embrace a leadership challenge by crafting project proposals, building a website for their proposed project and presenting project pitches to initiate their social enterprises. These projects are showcased in an online exhibition organized by the OMLA Secretariat titled Demo day
- Phase 3: Graduation and Omla Alumni Community
- All Fellows who have completed all training sessions and delivered all KPIs/Deliverables will graduate as OML leaders and may join the OMLA Alumni Community where they will gain access to some networking and empowerment opportunities provided in and through the Alumni Community
- Phase 4: Act-For-Change/Omla Alumni Community Pro
- There is a paid version of the Alumni community where Fellows can have access to the pillar 5 of the fellowship curriculum, here, they experience exceptional trainings and one-on coaching/mentoring and are open grant opportunities from professionals. Also unlike the unpaid group of the Alumni Community, they will be open to unlimited networking and other empowerment opportunities provided to the Alumni community.

Eligibility Criteria
- Engaged in social/environmental/sustainability area
- Committed to lead and mentor other youth for positive social change
- Passionate for sustainable and ethical action and community development
- Willingness to commit to complete the training program and have access to the internet
- Age: Between 18 to 40 at the time of application
- Language: English
