Deadline: September 01, 2026
The funding supports new productions, including digital and hybrid productions. Applicants must be independent performing arts companies or artists with a clear connection to Switzerland. Projects must be of nationwide importance, receive adequate co-funding from other public or private sources, and guarantee fair working conditions.
They must also have at least two confirmed venues that pay appropriate fees, including one premiere venue and at least one venue in Switzerland. All participants must be remunerated according to the recommendations of professional associations, and projects must receive appropriate co-financing from municipal or cantonal funding organisations.
Applications must include a project description outlining the concept and implementation, details of the individuals involved, written confirmations from all confirmed venues specifying performance dates, venues, fees, and any additional services such as co-production fees, along with a detailed production budget covering only production costs and the first performance series, and a financial plan including funding requests submitted to other funding bodies.
