Deadline Date: April 01, 2026
The Global Fellows in Courage (GFiC) program is a six-month accelerator designed to empower social entrepreneurs aged 25-35 who are committed to human rights advocacy and gender justice.
The program focuses on concepts, cohort, connections, coaching, and the GFiC grant program. GFiC equips Fellows with access to an online curriculum and twice-monthly Zoom sessions to deepen their understanding of key social change concepts. Fellows also join a global cohort of human rights leaders, providing an invaluable network for collaboration and support. Through connections with GFiC’s worldwide network of experts, participants can advance their mission and impact while benefiting from individualized coaching tailored to their needs. At the conclusion of the program, Fellows are eligible to compete for grants to further their projects.
The fellowship runs from July to December 2026, culminating in a certificate of completion. The program is designed for emerging leaders aged 25 to 35, although exceptions may be considered. Ideal candidates have a minimum of three years of experience in human rights advocacy, activism, community organizing, or social entrepreneurship, and have already demonstrated impact in gender justice or related areas. Proficiency in English is required.
Participants are expected to actively engage in the program by attending two three-hour synchronous Zoom sessions per month, completing pre-work including videos, readings, and short assignments for 4–6 hours monthly, and making consistent progress on a project to be pitched at the final cohort session. Fellows also participate in group coaching and meet with individual coaches at least twice monthly to receive personalized guidance. Maintaining commitment to these activities is crucial, as failure to meet program expectations may impact eligibility for the grant program.
