The Scale Circle is a UK-wide, post-accelerator programme designed for established, revenue-generating founders ready to scale beyond early growth.
The programme focuses on helping founders scale beyond early growth, strengthening revenue-generating businesses, supporting strategic decision-making for scaling operations, enabling access to peer-led learning and accountability, providing structured founder support, facilitating strategic introductions to mentors, buyers and industry leaders, and building regional and national ecosystem connections for sustained business growth.
The Scale Circle is designed for founders who have already achieved traction and are now navigating the complexities of scaling, including managing larger teams, expanding customer bases, and building robust systems. It offers structured peer-led engagement and outcomes-focused dialogue to help businesses transition from initial growth to long-term, sustainable scaling.
The programme provides curated peer circles for established founders, in-person hub access with regional ecosystem connections, strategic introductions to mentors and industry leaders, structured accountability to drive action, access to partner discounts and benefits, and participation in a national growth summit showcasing founder progress.
Eligible applicants must be UK-registered businesses that have been trading for a minimum of 18 months with a validated product or service in the market. Businesses must demonstrate consistent revenue generation, evidence of traction such as growth or customer retention, and a clear focus on scaling beyond early-stage validation. Applicants should also have an existing team or operational support structure in place.
The Scale Circle is intended for businesses that have moved beyond product-market validation and are focused on scaling operations, increasing market reach, and achieving sustainable growth through structured support and peer collaboration.
