Eligibility Criteria
- The Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, who are age 18 or older and the age of majority in their state of primary residence, and are the owner of a US-based small business (small business is as defined by the United States Small Business Administration) (a “Company”) and is a Professional Service Industries
- Business that provide specialized knowledge and expertise to clients, often on a customized or project-by-project basis; examples include legal services, accounting, consulting, engineering, and advertising
- (“Professional Service Industries Businesses”) at the time of entry, winner determination and prize fulfillment and must meet all of the following requirements (an “Entrant”):
- Industry: Must operate in one of the following:
- Accommodation and Food Services
- Accounting, Tax Preparation, Bookkeeping, and Payroll Services
- Waste Management and Remediation Services
- Agriculture, Forestry, Fishing and Hunting
- Arts, Entertainment, and Recreation
- Construction
- Educational Services
- Finance and Insurance
- Health Care and Social Assistance
- Information Management of Companies and Enterprises
- Legal Counsel and Prosecution
- Manufacturing
- Mining, Quarrying, and Oil and Gas Extraction
- Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services
- Real Estate and Rental and Leasing
- Transportation and Warehousing
- Other Professional Service Industries Business
- Business Size: must have at least 3 full-time employees, including yourself.
- Business Location: U.S.-based and legally registered.
- Purpose: Business should have a clear operational need for improving flexibility or efficiency (e.g., remote work solutions, mailing/shipping needs).
- Active Business: Business must be in operation for at least two years.
- Industry: Must operate in one of the following:
Ineligibility Criteria
- Void in Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, outside the U.S., and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees of the Sponsor, Administrator and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter.
