The TAWASOL Project is offering an exceptional opportunity through its matching grants program to enable companies and institutions adopt innovative and effective workplace practices, with a special focus on empowering women and youth.
The program enables you to turn your ideas for improving the work environment in your organization into a tangible reality, through joint financial support (funding from a Tawasul Project grant matched by company funding), in addition to ongoing technical support to ensure the effective and sustainable implementation of initiatives.
What do they support?
- They are looking for real, inspiring ideas that can help solve problems, improve the work environment, and promote fairness and equality within organizations. These challenges include:
- Adopting a social security policy for employees within the company
- Launching practical training programs to develop the skills of the company’s employees.
- Improving human resources policies and practices within the company
- Implementing environmental initiatives within the company
Who can apply?
- Every company or organization that believes in its ability to bring about internal change and is willing to invest in its employees and its future is invited to apply.
Application Requirements
- The company or institution is officially registered in Iraq
- Upload the required files (company registration certificate, company profile, final accounts for the last two years, tax clearance certificate for the last year, and an active bank account)
- The ability to cover at least 50% of the total cost of the proposed solution (project/idea/initiative)
