The 2026 Meaningful Business 100 (MB100) Award Programme is now open for nominations, recognising leaders from across the world who are successfully combining profit and purpose to create measurable social and environmental impact aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The programme focuses on social entrepreneurship, impact investment, corporate sustainability leadership, SDG-driven innovation, social and environmental impact, AI for Good, partnership development, capacity-building, interdisciplinary collaboration, inclusion and representation, localisation of solutions, scalability, affordability, technology-enabled impact, and meaningful business leadership.
The Meaningful Business 100 (MB100) Award Programme celebrates individuals who are driving impactful products, services, and projects that address complex global challenges while creating sustainable business value. The programme welcomes applications from social entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, and impact-focused professionals working across sectors and geographies. Applicants may nominate themselves, apply on behalf of another leader, or submit recommendations for deserving candidates.
Selected leaders will gain access to a curated programme of support designed to strengthen and expand their impact. This includes pro-bono services, capacity-building opportunities, partnership and investment connections, participation in a global interdisciplinary network, and access to AI for Good resources and support from industry-leading organisations.
Applications are assessed through a one-stage review process by an expert panel of judges. Winners will be announced on Tuesday, 20 October 2026. To qualify, leaders must demonstrate positive, direct, and intentional impact aligned with one or more SDGs within the last 12 months and must have played a leading role in developing the relevant product, service, or project.
The judging panel will evaluate applications based on originality, longevity, intersectional impact across multiple SDGs, localisation and community empowerment, scalability and replicability, inclusion of minority groups, collaborative engagement with stakeholders, affordability and investment efficiency, and the use of innovation, technology, and AI to deliver positive outcomes. Judges will also consider whether the applicant acts as a role model for meaningful business beyond their own organisation.
The programme highlights leaders who are using innovative and practical approaches to generate sustainable impact while encouraging collaboration, inclusivity, and long-term positive change across communities and industries.
