Applications are now open for the Sustainable Communities Grant Programme, which will help communities and businesses in North Hertfordshire act on sustainability and climate change.
Funding Information
- Grant values will range from a minimum of £1,000 to a maximum of £20,000.
Eligible Project Activities
- Applicants’ projects may seek to:
- protect and conserve nature;
- increase biodiversity;
- reduce emissions of buildings by installing low carbon heating options, renewable technology, or improving energy efficiency;
- improve sustainable transport;
- make communities better adapted to climate impacts;
- or increase community engagement on sustainability and climate change.
Eligibility Criteria
- The Fund is open to volunteer-led groups or those who operate on a not-for-profit basis and businesses
