The Construction Startup Competition is inviting applications from early-stage startups developing innovative solutions for the construction and built environment sectors.
The competition focuses on areas such as preconstruction technology, jobsite productivity, ClimaTech, smart manufacturing and logistics, and smart buildings and infrastructure, including solutions related to BIM, digital twins, robotics, AI optimization, sustainable materials, energy efficiency, industrial IoT, facility management, and smart infrastructure systems.
Selected startups will gain networking opportunities with more than 5,000 startups and over 300 investors and corporate partners. They will also receive visibility for piloting and testing their solutions in real-world markets, along with opportunities to pitch before executive representatives and construction investors during international Pitch Day events.
The competition offers equity-free cash prizes of approximately €10,000 for selected regional winners, along with opportunities for strategic investment and industry partnerships. To be eligible, applicants must be startups legally incorporated from 2017 onwards, operating in the construction or built environment sector, and aligned with pre-seed, seed, or Series A funding stages. Startups must also demonstrate market validation and product-market fit. There is no territorial restriction, making the competition open to startups worldwide.
