Deadline Date: April 20, 2026
The Impact Programme is now accepting applications to support social entrepreneurs in Ireland to grow as leaders and scale their solutions for sustained social impact.
The programme focuses on building a stronger organisation through improved structure, operational capacity, financial sustainability and impact measurement, developing resilient leadership to enhance adaptability and growth, amplifying voice by strengthening communication and stakeholder engagement, and creating long-lasting social change by addressing root causes through collaboration and ecosystem engagement.
The programme is a nine-month journey designed for high-potential social entrepreneurs who are ready to scale solutions addressing Ireland’s key social challenges. It provides tailored mentoring, expert training, and access to a strong peer community, enabling participants to make strategic decisions and strengthen their organisational capacity. Participants also benefit from additional supports valued between €20,000 and €30,000, including consultancy, leadership development, and customised training opportunities.
Through its structured support and collaborative approach, the Impact Programme aims to empower social entrepreneurs to expand their reach, strengthen their leadership, and drive meaningful and lasting change in their communities.
Eligible applicants must be 18 years or older and be founders or co-founders of a legally registered organisation or operating as a sole trader in the Republic of Ireland. Their organisation must have been actively delivering a solution for at least 12 months and demonstrate measurable impact on its target beneficiaries. Applicants should be committed to scaling their organisation over the next three years and actively working on their initiative either part-time or full-time.
Participants are expected to dedicate a minimum of 20 hours per week to their organisation throughout the programme and engage regularly in programme activities, including workshops, training sessions, and key events. The programme requires consistent participation, with an estimated commitment of two to four days per month, including a full-day workshop.
