The Swedish Energy Agency is inviting proposals for projects that focus on developing and bringing to market innovative solutions in the area of negative emissions through Industriklivet.
The call focuses on scaling up and commercializing new technologies and solutions in the form of feasibility studies, pilot and demonstration projects, and investments in commercial facilities, with the aim of contributing to Industriklivet’s area of negative emissions. It also supports projects that enable permanent negative emissions of greenhouse gases through the capture, transport, and geological storage of greenhouse gases of biogenic origin or those removed from the atmosphere, covering the entire value chain.
The total funds announced for this call amount to approximately 300 million SEK. The call is primarily aimed at companies that seek to scale up and commercialize technologies and solutions aligned with Industriklivet’s purpose in the area of negative emissions. Other actors, such as universities, colleges, and research institutes, may also participate in projects and apply for support where justified.
Applications must be primarily written in Swedish and must be complete at the time of submission.
