Deadline Date: March 20, 2026
The Small Enterprise Development and Finance Agency is seeking grant applications to support 50 cooperatives in growing and sustaining their operations while improving production efficiencies, enhancing product quality, and scaling up their activities.
The program focuses on providing support for machinery, equipment, raw materials and stock, commercial vehicles linked to core operations, information technology systems, and infrastructure such as irrigation systems and boreholes, excluding brick-and-mortar construction.
Selected cooperatives will benefit from access to machinery and equipment to improve operational capacity, raw materials or stock to enhance production, commercial vehicles directly linked to their core functions, ICT systems to strengthen management and efficiency, and essential infrastructure improvements like irrigation systems and boreholes to support agricultural and operational needs.
The fund aims to ensure that participating cooperatives achieve higher production standards, streamline operations, and expand their reach in a sustainable manner, contributing to long-term growth and competitiveness.
Applicants must demonstrate how the requested support will directly impact operational efficiency, product quality, and the ability to scale their business sustainably.
Through this initiative, the grant program seeks to empower cooperatives, strengthen their operational capacities, and support economic development at the local and regional levels.
