The Standard Chartered Bank Ghana PLC is requesting applications to the 6th Cohort of the Women In Tech Accelerator, a programme that equips women-led and women-owned businesses with the skills, mentorship, technology, and funding needed to grow and innovate.
The main focus areas of the programme include providing world-class training through a “Mini MBA” in business development, leadership, and digital innovation, offering personalized mentorship through one-on-one advisory sessions with industry experts, delivering masterclasses and networking opportunities with top entrepreneurs, providing support services in legal, financial, and technology development guidance, and offering funding opportunities where selected participants can pitch for up to $10,000 in equity-free grants.
The accelerator is aimed at Ghanaian women who own at least 50% of a registered business, have been operating for at least 12 months, leverage technology or innovation in their product or service, demonstrate social, economic, or environmental impact, and can commit to full participation in the incubation process.
Participants will benefit from an intensive training programme that equips them with practical skills to scale their businesses, strengthen their leadership capabilities, and implement innovative solutions that address local economic and environmental challenges.
