Deadline Date: March 13, 2026
The Siakam EdTech Engine is a 12-week accelerator designed to help early-stage startups transform education and youth learning through real-world testing and expert guidance.
The program focuses on advancing solutions in K-12 education, youth learning, and skill development, connecting founders with educators, school boards, and community partners, providing a clear path from idea to adoption, and offering opportunities to compete for grants and prizes.
Startups joining the Siakam EdTech Engine will work closely with top entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and education professionals to refine their solutions. Unlike traditional accelerators, this program prioritizes real-world testing, allowing startups to pilot their solutions directly with schools, educators, students, and community organizations. By addressing challenges identified by educators and communities, founders gain a faster and more meaningful path from MVP to adoption.
The program requires just 1-2 hours of weekly commitment and is structured to help startups accelerate their growth while ensuring that solutions are validated in authentic educational environments. At the end of the 12 weeks, startups can compete for $50,000 in prizes at Demo Day, judged by Pascal Siakam, providing both recognition and financial support to continue scaling their impact.
Ideal applicants are early-stage startups with a validated MVP, operational readiness in North America, and a committed team with at least one full-time founder and one in-house technical lead. Startups should be focused on creating tangible solutions for youth learning, education challenges, and AI skill development.
