U.S. Venture Sustainability Accelerator Program Spring 2026

Deadline: January 04, 2026

The U.S. Venture Sustainability Accelerator, powered by gener8tor, is a 12-week startup accelerator program in Appleton, Wisconsin, investing $100,000 each into five sustainability- and mobility-related startups from the United States and Canada to help them grow through mentorship, strategic networking, and investor access.

The program focuses on sustainability- and mobility-related startups, providing mentorship-based, concierge-service programming, growth support from experienced mentors, technologists, industry experts, and venture capitalists, and strategic connections to corporate partners, investors, and gener8tor’s global network.

The U.S. Venture Sustainability Accelerator reflects U.S. Venture’s vision of being the best provider of transportation products, sustainability solutions, and insights driving the world forward. The program aims to nurture high-growth startups that demonstrate scalable business models, passionate and dedicated founders, and the potential for significant economic and environmental impact. Selected startups will receive a $100,000 investment, either directly into their current funding round or as an uncapped convertible bridge note to be converted in the next round.

Throughout the 12-week program, participants will receive individualized mentorship and one-on-one coaching through bi-weekly meetings with the gener8tor team. They will also have access to over 100 connections, including serial entrepreneurs, industry experts, and investors. In addition to the intensive mentoring, participants benefit from $1 million worth of deals and perks from major vendors such as IBM Cloud, Rackspace, Amazon, PayPal, Zendesk, Hubspot, and Microsoft.

The accelerator culminates in a Premiere Night, an exclusive event where participating startups present their pitches to an audience of entrepreneurs, mentors, investors, and community members. Only five startups are selected for each cohort, ensuring focused attention, tailored guidance, and meaningful connections within the small, high-impact group.

Applicants from around the world are welcome, but relocation to Appleton, Wisconsin, is required for the program’s duration. Appleton, located in the Fox Valley region, offers a thriving business environment with a mix of industries including technology, manufacturing, and services—making it an ideal ecosystem for innovation and startup growth.

The accelerator values founders who are deeply committed to solving sustainability and mobility challenges and encourages applications from underrepresented entrepreneurs. It emphasizes the importance of scalable impact and readiness for growth through gener8tor’s sales, marketing, strategy, and fundraising expertise.
