Deadline: 22-March-2026
The Supercharge Australia Incubator provides startups with proof-of-concept the opportunity to accelerate their innovations in the lithium battery value chain with expert support, mentorship, and access to specialised resources.
The focus areas and priorities of the program include advancing technology commercialisation, accelerating product development, providing dedicated mentorship, fostering collaboration among founders with similar ambitions, offering insights from expert speakers, and supporting innovation across the full lithium battery value chain, including raw material extraction and processing, material innovation, battery cell and pack manufacturing, battery integration and applications, second-life applications, recycling and end-of-life management, and other supporting technologies.
The Supercharge Australia Incubator recognises that clean energy solutions are essential to combating climate change and ensuring energy security, and it aims to equip startups with the tools, resources, and guidance necessary to bring pioneering solutions to market. Participating startups are connected with experienced mentors, including investors, technical experts, industry leaders, and seasoned founders, to refine their prototypes and accelerate their path to commercialisation.
Startups in the program also gain the opportunity to join a collaborative cohort of innovators, sharing insights, learning from peers, and exploring synergies while addressing common challenges. Additionally, participants benefit from hearing from industry thought leaders and experts who are actively shaping the future of clean energy and lithium battery innovation.
Access to specialised equipment and software enables accelerated product development, allowing startups to test, refine, and optimise their technologies for market readiness. Selection for the incubator requires that startups have an existing proof-of-concept, demonstrate commitment to attending workshops and mentor sessions, and are based in Australia or have immediate plans to operate from the country.
