Slingshot 3.0 by Hemas, powered by Hatch, is a 6-month accelerator designed for high-growth, post-revenue startups ready to scale fast.
The focus areas include Consumer Goods with Beauty & Personal Care such as Ayurveda-inspired products, sustainable packaging, and personalized beauty tech, along with Consumer Intelligence through tools and analytics to better understand customer behavior; Healthcare with Hospitals offering innovative home and aged care services, scalable primary care, remote patient monitoring, patient engagement apps, and hospital resource planning, Pharmaceuticals featuring OTC and preventive health products, last-mile pharma delivery, AI-driven inventory forecasting, B2B ordering platforms, regulatory automation, and cold chain logistics, as well as Medical Devices & Senior Care including health wearables, home diagnostics, assistive devices for the elderly and disabled, and platforms for senior wellness and engagement; Education & Learning with EdTech solutions providing affordable access for low-income communities, online and hybrid platforms, and personalized or adaptive learning, Learning Products such as innovative stationery, eco-friendly alternatives, STEM toys, and DIY kits, and Higher Education initiatives including professional and higher education providers, university management technology, and platforms connecting students with foreign universities, internships, and industry placements; and Other Growth Areas covering Nutrition and Wellness-driven F&B, Agri and Agritech with export-ready and scalable agricultural innovations, and Climate Impact solutions that drive sustainability with a strong emphasis on water and environmental resilience.
Startups and SMEs applying must demonstrate a proven track record with at least two years of operations, a monthly revenue strength of at least LKR 5 million, and innovation potential with the ability to scale regionally and globally.
Selected startups will gain access to expert mentorship from industry leaders, a prize pool of LKR 3 million, valuable market access and networking opportunities with Hemas and Hatch, and a lifelong community of innovators.
