The Orange Corners Ghana programme is a 6-month acceleration programme with 10 workshop days, several (online) masterclasses and individual coaching sessions.
Orange Corners ambition is to further develop and strengthen the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Ghana. They do this by enabling youth to formalise their existing companies and by providing entrepreneurs with the necessary opportunities, skills and access to markets and capital. At the same time, Orange Corners Ghana serves as a bridge between these innovative entrepreneurs and the private sector and access to finance through their Orange Corners Innovation Fund. This offers a great benefit to all partners involved.
Orange Corners is a program funded by the Kingdom of the Netherlands, run by MDF West Africa at the Ghana Innovation Hub in Accra and their Regional Centers (Ho, Kumasi, Takoradi, and Tamale), in partnership with Fidelity Bank, , Friesland Campina, Vivo Energy Ghana, Meridian Port Services (MPS), Cargill, Koudijs and People’s Pensions Trust.
Orange Corners Ghana is a 6-month acceleration program that provides:
- Access to working space at the Ghana Innovation Hub in Accra and their regional training centers in Ho, Kumasi, Takoradi, and Tamale.
- Two program phases:
- Online component (3 months): Teams complete online learning, training workshops, and peer-to-peer sessions focused on the business model. A bootcamp is held for selection of Phase 2.
- In person training workshops and coaching (3 months): A smaller group of companies receive in-person workshops and individual coaching on financial management, leadership, HR strategies, and investment readiness. They can apply for a growth loan of up to EUR 50,000 at 5% interest from the Orange Corners Innovation Fund (OCIF) managed by Fidelity Bank Ghana.

Selection Criteria
- Youth-led business with the founder (51% + shares) between 18-35 years old.
- Located in Accra, Ho, Kumasi, Takoradi, or Tamale.
- Operational for over a year with organized financials for at least two year.
- Clear innovation and impact in the business value chain.
- Existing client base with a desire to grow locally, regionally, or internationally.
- Availability for all online and face-to-face training sessions.
- Ideally, the business has multiple staff members.
- Not participating in other programs or competitions at the same time.
- Ready to take on a loan up to EUR 50,000 at 5% interest with a 2-year tenor.
- Businesses from any sector are welcome.
