Open Call: Pre-Accelerator Program to Support Growth-Stage Startups (Kosovo)

The focus areas of the program are Digital & SaaS, Green and Circular Economy, Manufacturing & Hardware Innovation, and Social Impact.

Built around a 15-week intensive format, the Pre-Accelerator provides startups with hands-on strategic consulting, tailored mentoring, and investor-focused preparation to strengthen their business model, validate their market approach, and become investment-ready. The program is designed to overcome the critical challenges between a great product and a scalable business.

Startups participating in the program will have the opportunity to unlock growth by moving beyond early adopters, build a repeatable customer acquisition engine, and become investment-ready with a bulletproof financial model and a compelling pitch. In addition, the program offers expansion of networks by providing startups direct access to a curated community of strategic partners, industry leaders, and active investors.

The key benefits include access to a tailored roadmap, expert guidance and 1:1 consultancy with Recura Consulting, investment and partnership opportunities through networking events with Keiretsu Forum, preparation for investment-related due diligence, and long-term support to refine business models for economic growth, job creation, and innovation.

The structured program journey includes opening of the call, pre-selection of beneficiaries, needs assessment, development of a strategy document, mentoring and consultancy sessions, networking opportunities, and concludes with Pitch Day.

The call is open until 07.09.2025, and eligible applicants are ambitious startups with a functional MVP, teams that have passed early validation, are committed and ready to expand regionally, and willing to prepare for investment-related due diligence and capital raising.
