Criteria
- The Challenge is only open to:
- Companies (including startups) Any commercial entity regardless of its activity. The Organizer may, at its sole discretion, require Companies to provide proof of (i) their registration in the trade and companies register, by providing an extract from KBis dated less than three (3) months ago, or proof that their registration is in progress., or any other document attesting to the creation of the company in the country concerned, and (ii) subscription to a valid professional liability insurance policy. All documents justifying the Participant’s eligibility for the Challenge will be requested before the allocation of prizes (e.g.: identity document, KBis extract, etc.).
- This Challenge is not open to employees of Mazars and Agorize, as well as members of their families.
- This Challenge is void in countries where it is prohibited or restricted by applicable law or regulation.
