Global Insurance Accelerator Program 2025

Deadline: 20 September 2024

The Global Insurance Accelerator is a mentor-driven business accelerator designed to foster innovation in the insurance industry.

They take in early-stage companies who are building solutions that support the insurance industry. They provide seed funding, networking with their mentors, 100-days of ongoing support and a final presentation to a large audience of insurance professionals.

They run one 100-day program annually from mid-January to the end of April, to align with the Global Insurance Symposium in Des Moines, Iowa.

Funding Information

  • The GIA Fund, backed by insurance company investors, will make an equity-based investment of $50,000 converting to 5% of the company in the form of a post-money SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity). Each selected company will receive the same standard investment terms and amount. Final key investment terms will be communicated to all applicants prior to accepting an interview with the selection committee in November. Terms are not negotiable.
