Apply for the gener8tor Skills Accelerator, a workforce development program that provides virtual skills training and job placement services in Central Washington.
Participants receive one-on-one career coaching from expert gener8tor staff, skills training for high-demand roles, and ongoing support after graduation. The program focuses on unemployed and underemployed job seekers with basic computer skills who can commit 15-20 hours a week to the program.

- Complete the course alongside a network of peers for support and community.
- No Out-of-Pocket Cost
- gener8tor Skills program is provided at no out-of-pocket cost to eligible applicants through privately funded scholarships and public innovative workforce programs at federal, state, and local levels.
- Learn at Your Own Pace
- Earn a gener8tor Skills Accelerator certificate by completing the program modules at your own pace during the cohort.
- Job Placement Support
- One-on-one career coaching and long-term job placement support from expert gener8tor staff and access to curated job openings.
Criteria
- gener8tor Skills program is provided at no out-of-pocket cost to applicants who are eligible for privately funded scholarships or public innovative workforce programs funded at the federal, state, and local levels. If you choose to apply, they will do the best to contact you to determine eligibility in accordance with requirements set by the program partners who make this work possible.
- All programming will be virtual to make sure you can progress your career in a format that works well for you. Some programs will have in-person events and opportunities available but won’t be a requirement for you to graduate.
- Participants that graduate from the Skills Accelerator program are encouraged to utilize the career coaching and job placement services for the duration of their career as needed.
