gener8tor North Dakota Accelerator 2024 – US

gener8tor North Dakota seeks to further advance North Dakota-based startups to bolster the growing entrepreneurial community of the state. By providing mentorship-based programming to the already flourishing ecosystem, gener8tor hopes to fuel economic activity for years to come.

  • Selected teams will receive a $100,000 investment in return for 7.5% equity in your company using a Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE).

  • We make highly relevant and impactful connections to corporate partners, investors and experienced mentors to help you scale your impact. Build relationships within the cohort of five companies, and the community of gener8tor alumni.
• Focused Support
  • 1 of 5…not 10…not 15…not 100. We only invest in five companies per program. We focus all of our time, energy and network on you.
• Mentorship, Coaching & One-on-One Meetings
  • Twelve weeks of individualized coaching and mentorship from the gener8tor team during bi-weekly, one-on-one meetings. One-on-one meetings with 100+ connections including serial entrepreneurs, industry experts and investors.
• Deals and Perks
  • $1M + in deals and perks from vendors like IBM Cloud, Rackspace, Amazon, PayPal, Zendesk, Hubspot and Microsoft.
• Annual Showcase
  • Exclusive reception during which participating companies have the opportunity to pitch to an audience of entrepreneurs, mentors, investors and community members.

Criteria

• Selected startups must relocate to Fargo, ND for the duration of the program to take full advantage of the cohort-based programming and the strength of the local ecosystem.
• To be eligible for selection, interested startups must meet one of the following criteria:
  • The company is headquartered in North Dakota;
  • The company is willing to relocate its headquarters to North Dakota; or
  • The company is committed to building a demonstrable employee presence within North Dakota.
• Startups must participate in-person.
• Applications are welcome from startups headquartered anywhere in the world. However, startups must be based in North Dakota, or relocate to North Dakota for the duration of the program, in order to take full advantage of the cohort-based programming and the strength of the local ecosystem.
• This is an industry-agnostic and business model-agnostic program. We accept all types of startups across all industries and business models.
