gener8tor Cybersecurity is housed within its partner company Geekdom, San Antonio’s premier collaborative startup community located in the heart of the downtown tech district, and gives startups the opportunity to gain traction for rapid growth in the dynamic tech ecosystem of the Alamo City.

gener8tor is a nationally ranked accelerator that invests in high-growth startups and supports the growth of these startups through its network of experienced mentors, technologists, corporate partners, angel investors and venture capitalists.

Selected team will receive a variety of benefits provided by our program partners:

• Office space provided by Geekdom, a collaborative coworking space and community located in the heart of the tech district in downtown San Antonio, Texas.
• Twelve weeks of individualized coaching and mentorship from the gener8tor team during bi-weekly, one-on-one meetings.
• One-on-one meetings with 100+ connections including serial entrepreneurs, industry experts and investors.
• Weekly cohort programming featuring topics including understanding market size, choosing a revenue model, and how to pitch investors.
• Exclusive Premiere Night reception during which participating companies have the opportunity to pitch to an audience of entrepreneurs, mentors, investors and community members.
• Opportunity to build relationships within the cohort of five companies, and the community of gener8tor alumni.
• $1M + in deals and perks from vendors like IBM Cloud, Rackspace, Amazon, PayPal, Zendesk, Hubspot and Microsoft.

Who should apply?

• All cybersecurity startups are encouraged to apply including, but not limited to: application, cloud, data, endpoint, IOT, web, messaging, network and managed security; fraud prevention/transaction security; privacy; risk assessment & management; security operations & response; threat intelligence; identity & access management; vulnerability management, cybersecurity compliance, cyber insurance, cybersecurity upskilling.
• Applications are welcome from startups headquartered anywhere in the world. You are expected to relocate to San Antonio for the duration of the program, in order to take full advantage of the cohort-based programming and the strength of the local ecosystem. Our team will make it as easy as possible for you to find affordable, short term housing!
• They encourage all founders to apply, though they appreciate your transparency about the time commitment you are able to make to your company during the interview process. They acknowledge that committing full-time to an early stage company is not a possibility for everyone.
