The Food and Beverage Accelerator is a five-month program designed to support high-growth food and beverage ventures by equipping founders with the tools, skills, and connections needed to scale successfully in the consumer-packaged goods industry.
The program focuses on community building, leadership development, growth frameworks, milestone-driven progress, scaling operations, acquiring new distribution channels, customized workshops, expert mentorship, peer-to-peer circles, founder commitment, accountability, and strengthening capabilities to thrive in the complex CPG landscape.
The accelerator is structured to help founders navigate the challenges of growth by combining weekly workshops with access to experienced entrepreneurs, advisors, and industry experts. Through active participation, founders are encouraged to expand their professional networks while gaining practical insights relevant to consumer-packaged goods ventures.
Leadership development is a core element of the program, with expert-led workshops, mentoring sessions, and monthly CEO fireside chats that are intended to challenge existing thinking and support informed decision-making. Eligibility for the accelerator requires that ventures have launched their product in the market with a minimum of ten points of sale, have full-time founders able to commit to the program, and demonstrate sustained revenue performance or strong growth potential.
