AfriLabs invites you to apply for the RevUp Women Initiative: Nigeria Edition, an enterprise development initiative designed to accelerate early-stage, women-led businesses within the Agribusiness and E-commerce sectors through tailored support, capacity building, and access to a thriving pan-African innovation ecosystem.
The RevUp Women Initiative is an enterprise development programme that supports early-stage, women-led businesses across Africa. It aims to help women entrepreneurs build and sustainable ventures, create jobs, and foster inclusive economic growth through capacity building, access to finance, and strategic partnerships. This edition focuses on Nigerian women entrepreneurs in E-commerce and Agribusiness, with a strong emphasis on leveraging technology for business growth and impact. This cohort is funded by the Visa Foundation. The Nigeria cohort will support 150 women-led businesses in Lagos, Abuja, and Abia states.

- Eligibility to win from $24,000 in funding, awarded to six outstanding women entrepreneurs:
- $5,000 each for three first-place winners
- $3,000 each for three second-place winners

- Inclusion in a dynamic community of women entrepreneurs driving innovation.
Eligibility Criteria
- To apply, you must:
- Be a woman entrepreneur who owns at least 51% of the business.
- Be the CEO, Executive Director or equivalent of the company
- Be based in Lagos, Abuja, or Abia States.
- Have an existing product or service that is already in the market based in Lagos, Abuja or Abia States
- Operate within the E-commerce or Agribusiness sector as defined
- Provide evidence of sales, including a growth plan and financial projections
- Demonstrate a viable and sustainable business model
- Be registered and incorporated in Nigeria
- Have been operational for minimum of 3 years, with evidence of consistent business activity and growth
- Be able to commit to a 12-week hybrid acceleration programme and 3-month mentorship activity.
