The Bharat Byte Semiconductor Accelerator is a strategic initiative led by AIC IIT Delhi, in collaboration with FITT IIT Delhi and Cadence, aimed at advancing India’s capabilities in semiconductor and deep-tech innovation.
This accelerator aims to transform India from a consumer of semiconductor technologies into a creator of world-class semiconductor innovation. Start-ups working on chip design, embedded systems, EDA tools, AI-edge computing, energy-efficient chip manufacturing, or RISC-V based architectures are encouraged to apply.
This opportunity offers start-ups the infrastructure, expertise and ecosystem support needed to scale deep-tech solutions from prototype to market. Applicants are typically early-stage teams or student-research groups with a focus on semiconductors and related technologies. Through this program, innovators gain the chance to convert their ideas into commercial products that contribute to India’s digital and tech sovereignty.
