Deadline: October 12, 2025
The Educators Incubation Programme is a fully online, step-by-step experience designed to help educators, trainers, and subject-matter experts create, launch, and grow their own impactful online course.
The focus is on identifying course topics with a strong learner demand, structuring content for maximum clarity and engagement, using no-code tools and AI to design the course and platform, and learning how to market, monetize, and grow the online course audience.
The programme provides participants with a complete incubation journey through guided modules and peer learning. Selected educators also receive 1-on-1 mentorship from instructors, educators, and edtech professionals. Live workshops and networking events connect participants with course creators and platform experts, culminating in a final showcase event where educators pitch their courses and gain visibility.
Funding is available across two phases. In the first phase, 25 educators are accepted, and 21 of them receive a grant of 3000 EUR upon completion. In the second phase, the top 21 continue, and 15 receive a grant of 5000 EUR to further enhance their courses. All support is 100% equity-free, with no claim on intellectual property or course ownership.
This opportunity is designed for educators, trainers, and instructors in any field, as well as professionals and academics with valuable content to share. It particularly welcomes applications from Belarusian educators, both abroad and in Belarus, who are eager to share their knowledge with learners worldwide.
No technical expertise is required, only a passion for teaching and the ability to dedicate 16 hours per month for seven months. Applicants must also agree to teach on the project platform, participate in evaluations, and have a stable internet connection with suitable hardware.
