The eCommerce North Tech Accelerator is designed to support tech startups in Canada that are building innovative solutions in ecommerce, retail tech, and merchant services.
The program focuses on helping founders scale their businesses through mentorship, partnership opportunities, and access to the Moneris ecosystem. Key priorities include access to the Moneris product suite, expert advice and partnership exploration, operational excellence, community building, brand exposure, and leadership growth.
eCommerce North is committed to helping Canada’s diverse community of founders explore opportunities to integrate with Moneris’ innovative mobile, online, and omnichannel solutions. By partnering with Canada’s top payment solutions provider, startups gain direct access to Moneris’ product teams and executive leadership, creating opportunities to accelerate revenue growth and scale in a stakeholder-centric market. The program provides dedicated mentor sessions, workshops, curated connections, and complimentary access to the Elevate Festival’s startup experience, powered by Moneris.
Startups joining the accelerator can leverage the full Moneris product suite, including Moneris Online, Moneris Go, and Tap to Pay, enabling them to enhance their commerce solutions. Participants also have the opportunity to connect 1:1 with Moneris product leaders through the Corporate in Residence program, allowing them to explore potential partnerships and gain deep industry expertise.
Operational excellence is another core focus, as startups can audit their product, technology, marketing, and sales processes with expert-led mentorship, track critical metrics, and attend technical workshops to refine their strategies. The program also emphasizes community building, boosting female founders and businesses led by underrepresented entrepreneurs, while providing opportunities to learn from peers along the startup journey.
