The Flämingo Startup Accelerator offers a six-month, non-equity program designed to support early growth-stage startups in Mobility & Logistics, ICT, Creative Industries, and Health with growth, investment-readiness, and industry connections.
The Flämingo Startup Accelerator focuses on supporting startups in Mobility, Creative Industries, and Health. Within Mobility, the program emphasizes sustainable and inclusive mobility infrastructure, leveraging digitalization, regional cooperation, and value creation. In the Creative Industries, it encourages innovative solutions through creative technology, cross-media approaches, and cross-sector collaboration. For Health, the focus is on promoting wellness, sustainable living, and providing opportunities for startups to develop, test, and scale solutions that make a real impact.
The Flämingo Startup Accelerator operates from the Flämingo Startup Hub in Brandenburg’s countryside, offering startups a nature-based coworking space, one-month founder residencies, and access to a diverse and supportive community. Startups benefit from over 30 years of combined experience from strategic partners, customers, and investors.
The program focuses on enabling sustainable solutions in mobility and logistics that address real-world needs through digital technologies, regional cooperation, and value creation. Startups in creative industries are encouraged to explore cross-media and cross-sector innovations, including overlaps with education, mobility, industry, and other fields.
Startups in the health cluster gain access to labs, expert networks, and the unique “Kurort” status of Bad Belzig, allowing founders to develop, test, and scale impactful health, wellness, and sustainable living solutions.
Over the next three years, the accelerator aims to accelerate 60 startups, providing them with industry connections, mentorship, and opportunities for growth. The program is backed by the European Union, the State of Brandenburg, and operated in partnership with Coconat, Ignore Gravity, Deutsche Bahn AG’s startup hub DB mindbox, and the paneuropean investor network Media Deals.
