Bayer is launching the ninth edition of its G4A Startup Acceleration Program in Türkiye to support digital initiatives and strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the healthcare and agriculture sectors.
The program focuses on digital solutions in health and agriculture, sustainable and scalable business models beyond the idea stage, pharmaceuticals in cardiology, women’s health, ophthalmology, and oncology, access to pharmacies, patient journey improvement, treatment adherence, early diagnosis and treatment, training of resident physicians, value creation for patients, patient relatives, doctors, pharmacists, and health authorities, consumer health solutions that facilitate access through new generation sales channels, innovative digital communication channels, digital assistant systems for communication, promotion, and order management, visual recognition-based shelf analysis systems, inventory tracking and visibility management, increasing sales team efficiency, digitization of field processes, performance measurement, data analysis from digital touchpoints, real-time consumer behavior monitoring, actionable insights, facilitation of access to healthcare products, transformation of the healthcare experience, acceleration of digitalization, agricultural products and crop science solutions, planting, sowing, spraying and fertilization services based on field conditions, agricultural tools and machinery, mapping and variable rate application technologies, field and farm data collection, data analysis, reporting, and recommendation systems.
The G4A Startup Acceleration Program is designed for entrepreneurs offering digital solutions who have progressed beyond the idea stage and have a lean product, prototype, or are already in the sales phase. The initiative aims to support innovation in healthcare and agriculture through structured acceleration and collaboration. Selected startups will receive 100 days of online training and mentorship delivered by a jury and mentors composed of Bayer professionals, executives, and Tenity. The program enables participants to further develop their products while gaining sector-specific guidance.
Entrepreneurs joining the program will have opportunities to expand their professional networks, access free software support packages, and collaborate directly with Bayer. In addition to mentorship and training, each selected startup will receive a grant of 500,000 TL. G4A is a long-term program that requires active participation in online events throughout its duration. Bayer Türkiye may also organize in-person training or events in Istanbul if health conditions allow, and participating founders or key team members may be requested to attend.
The program is open to individuals and legal entities over the age of 18 who offer digital solutions in the health and agriculture sectors, demonstrate a sustainable and scalable business model, and meet the product or sales-stage requirements, with at least one team member having a good command of English.
