Avant Now Accelerator Program for Impact-Tech Startups (Germany)

The program focuses on rapidly scaling impact-tech startups, strengthening investment readiness, supporting early-stage founders, fostering sustainable ecological or societal impact, and prioritizing majority female-led founding teams.

The Avant Now Accelerator offers a structured pathway for founders who are addressing structural challenges with scalable solutions. Designed as a skill-growth program, it provides participants with the tools, resources, and strategic guidance needed to accelerate their startup journey. The program runs for an initial six months and may be extended up to twelve months for teams that demonstrate measurable progress, such as incorporation or securing initial revenue or funding.

Currently in its second series, the accelerator places a strong emphasis on supporting majority female-led founding teams, building on earlier initiatives that targeted diverse founders and female-focused tracks. This approach reflects the program’s commitment to inclusivity and representation in the startup ecosystem.

The accelerator is intended for early-stage startups that already have a tested minimum viable product and are either preparing to incorporate or are already registered. It specifically targets founders who have not yet generated revenue or received prior startup funding or grants.

Participation requires founders to be based in Berlin or willing to relocate before the program begins. As part of the program, selected startups must be officially registered in Berlin by the time of contract signing. Participants also gain access to coworking spaces in Berlin, while some elements of the program are delivered virtually, making it a hybrid experience.
