ASEAN SOAR Together – Acceleration Programme

Deadline Date: May 10, 2026

The ASEAN SOAR Together Acceleration Programme offers MSMEs a six-month intensive journey to strengthen digital business capabilities and expand sustainably across the ASEAN region.

The programme focuses on capacity-building and business acceleration, hands-on digital selling skills through TikTok and TikTok Shop, expert mentorship and strategic support, regional networking opportunities, regional exposure and business showcasing, opportunities to strengthen social impact, and peer learning across ASEAN.

The programme runs from June to December 2026 and is designed to equip participants with practical insights and tools necessary for scaling their businesses in an increasingly digital economy. Through structured learning modules, participants will develop competencies in digital marketing, content creation, e-commerce optimisation, financial literacy, and sustainable business practices, ensuring they are well-prepared to navigate competitive markets.

A key component of the programme is its emphasis on hands-on digital selling. Participants will learn to leverage TikTok and TikTok Shop through content-driven strategies, live selling techniques, and platform optimisation to enhance visibility, engagement, and overall sales performance. This practical approach ensures that businesses can directly apply their learning to real-world scenarios.

In addition to technical training, the programme provides access to experienced mentors who offer strategic guidance to refine business models, strengthen operational efficiency, and support long-term growth. These mentorship opportunities enable participants to gain valuable insights tailored to their specific business needs.

The programme also facilitates regional networking by connecting MSMEs with peers, mentors, and ecosystem stakeholders across ASEAN. This collaborative environment encourages knowledge exchange and opens pathways for partnerships and new market opportunities.

Participants will have opportunities to showcase their businesses on regional platforms and engage with industry leaders, partners, and investors at key ASEAN-level events, including the ASEAN Business and Investment Summit 2026. Such exposure enhances visibility and positions businesses for further growth and recognition.

Another important aspect of the programme is its focus on social impact. Participants are encouraged to integrate purpose into their business strategies by developing and implementing initiatives that create positive outcomes within their communities, aligning business success with societal benefits.

The programme is open to MSMEs operating in ASEAN countries that meet specific eligibility criteria, including legal registration, ASEAN representation, English proficiency, digital readiness, and a commitment to active participation. Businesses must also demonstrate potential for scalability, willingness to adopt digital tools, and readiness to engage in programme activities such as training sessions, mentoring, and a Business Challenge.

Selected participants may also receive TikTok Ad Credits of up to USD 20,000, providing additional support to amplify their digital presence and strengthen their market reach.
