  • Solutions that automate passenger document verification and travel eligibility in real time, improve loading operations by digitising reports and accurately reconciling load information and reducing manual effort and enhancing turnaround efficiency.
• How can they transform the air cargo experience with smarter, more efficient solutions?
  • Innovative ways to replace outdated cargo handling methods, improve load planning and terminal operations using automation or robotics, and enhance the customer journey for private customers in cargo, especially for infrequent users, by simplifying processes, language, and data reporting.
• How can they transform inflight catering and galley operations with technology and automation?
  • Solutions to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and maintain quality, by tracking food waste in real time, automating tasks like tray assembly and bar-packing, and measuring onboard consumption without relying on manual counts from returning flights.
• How can they use AI to create a smart itinerary planning tool for travelers with disabilities?
  • Solution that provides accurate, real-time accessibility and navigation information—covering transport, attractions, accommodations, and public spaces—to support a seamless and inclusive travel experience in Dubai.
• How can they contribute to the future of Dubai’s new airport with innovative solutions?
  • Solutions that enhance passenger experience, improve operational efficiency, support sustainability, and help build smart, scalable infrastructure for the new Dubai Airport.

Benefits

• The program supports up to 5 startups per cohort, equipping them with the necessary resources and mentorship to fast-track their development. Each selected startup will receive a 50,000 AED grant. The program culminates in an investor-focused demo day, where startups will have the opportunity to showcase their traction and market potential.

Eligibility Criteria

• You have an innovative tech solution in the aviation, travel or tourism space that meets one of Intelak’s challenges.
• Your business is a growth stage start-up or scale-up.
• You are looking to expand into Dubai and implement your product or service in the city, or you are looking to have
• Dubai as one of your proof of concept cities.
• Your product or service is favourable for the business environment in Dubai from a technical and legal standpoint.
• Your business has at least 2 full-time team members.
