Applications are now open for the Cyberview Living Lab® Accelerator Cohort 21, a programme designed to help early-stage start-ups with MVPs scale, fundraise, and become globally ready.
The focus areas for this accelerator include Smart Living, Digitalisation & Data Solutions, Industrial IoT & Robotics, Green Technology, ESG-driven solutions, and PropTech innovations, aiming to accelerate smart city and sustainable growth initiatives. The Cyberview Living Lab® Accelerator provides structured mentorship, market validation, pilot opportunities, and exposure to real industry needs to early-stage start-ups. Successful applicants will gain access to industry mentors and partners, market access and pilot opportunities with ecosystem players, founder upskilling for regional and global readiness, a strong alumni network, and grants and incentives worth over RM1,000,000.
PropTech is introduced as a new vertical this year, alongside continued support for Smart City solutions, ESG-driven innovations, and other technology-driven projects. Start-ups participating in the accelerator will have the chance to refine their solutions for real-world deployment while expanding their networks and learning from experienced mentors.
Start-ups with MVPs in the listed verticals are encouraged to apply and leverage the accelerator’s resources to become globally competitive. Applications must be submitted before 12 February 2026 to be considered for Cohort 21.
