Deadline: August 24, 2025
The Agri Food Business Incubation Centre invites students, agripreneurs, and startups from West Bengal to apply for Cohort 2.0 of India’s largest agri-startup ecosystem, offering grant-in-aid and extensive mentorship to transform innovative ideas into impactful agricultural businesses.
The program focuses on supporting agri-startups at various stages through three tracks: the Agri-Startup Incubation Programme (AIP) offering grant-in-aid up to ₹25 Lakhs with MVP/Beta stage support; the Agripreneurship Orientation Programme (AOP) offering grant-in-aid up to ₹5 Lakhs for Idea/Prototype stage support; and the Student Orientation Programme (SOP) offering grant-in-aid up to ₹4 Lakhs with technical and business mentoring, marketing, and network linkage.
The Agri Food Business Incubation Centre’s Cohort 2.0 is the last chance to engage with a robust ecosystem dedicated to accelerating innovation in agriculture in West Bengal. The AIP track supports advanced startups with MVP or beta products, providing a one-month intensive online mentorship followed by a 15-day incubation workshop designed to refine and scale their solutions.
For agripreneurs still in earlier phases, the AOP track offers financial aid, mentorship, and access to marketing and networking resources to help develop ideas or prototypes into viable business propositions. Meanwhile, the SOP track is tailored for students, providing grants along with technical and business guidance as well as network building to equip the next generation of agricultural innovators with essential industry skills.
Interested applicants must ensure timely submission by the deadline of 24th August 2025 to avail of this opportunity. The program not only supplies crucial financial support but also integrates mentorship from industry experts and strategic connections within the agricultural sector to facilitate real-world impact and growth.
