The Technology and Innovation Entrepreneurship Grant Allocation Project aims to strengthen Thailand’s innovation ecosystem by supporting entrepreneurs with market-ready products or services seeking to expand their domestic and international presence.
The focus is to provide financial support for entrepreneurs who have products or services that have been launched on the market and have sales and wish to expand their markets both domestically and/or internationally, with a project duration of no more than 2 years. The Fund will provide financial support not exceeding 90 percent of the total project value, with a budget not exceeding 2 million baht, to push, promote, and support technology and innovation entrepreneurs who have completed developing products and services, to be able to expand their markets both domestically and internationally, to have commercial and competitive potential.
The grant serves as a catalyst for innovation-driven enterprises looking to scale up, commercialize their offerings, and strengthen competitiveness within global markets. Entrepreneurs can access funding that directly supports growth and expansion activities, enabling them to achieve a greater market footprint and sustainable commercial outcomes.
Eligible applicants must be registered as a juristic person in Thailand with at least 51 percent Thai nationality shareholders. They must already have products or services that use technology and innovation in production or service processes and that have been released to the market with proven sales. Applicants should have previously received funding support from a government agency and have completed that project in technology and innovation. Additionally, entrepreneurs must demonstrate the ability to manage innovative businesses effectively, possess knowledge and skills in technology, marketing, and investment, and must not be receiving support from another agency for the same project during the consideration period, unless the expenses do not overlap.
