Deadline Date: November 15, 2025
The Women’s Opportunities in Ukraine Charity Foundation has announced the “SvyatKOLO” mini-grant competition to support collaborations between small craft producers across various industries in creating joint gift sets from local producers ahead of the winter holidays.
The focus areas of the competition are to strengthen cooperation between local producers, stimulate creative collaborations and the promotion of Ukrainian craft, as well as create high-quality, modern offers for the holiday market.
The “SvyatKOLO” initiative celebrates the diversity of Ukrainian culture and welcomes craft products for Christmas, Hanukkah, St. Nicholas Day, New Year, and other winter holidays. The competition encourages women entrepreneurs to come together to develop joint products such as boxes, baskets, or sets, collaborate on branding, packaging, and promotional materials, and conduct shared marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and appreciation of Ukrainian craftsmanship as part of both the economy and culture.
Eligible participants include women entrepreneurs residing in Ukraine who have a registered business, owners of microbusinesses or workshops in craft production, and groups of at least two female crafters united by a shared idea. Each collaborative project can receive a mini-grant of up to 50,000 UAH to support production, design and branding, content creation, marketing activities, logistics, and promotional events. Co-financing in the form of participants’ contributions of products, work, or time is also encouraged.
Applications must be submitted by one representative on behalf of the collaboration of two to four producers. The application should include a description of the joint product, details of how the grant will support its development, expected outcomes, photos of included products, role distribution, projected sales volume, and a cost estimate for the business project.
